An order is subject to acceptance and availability.

NOE reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing or product information errors, including after an order has been placed.

Where an order is cancelled because of a genuine pricing or product information error, we will notify you and process any applicable refund.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information for all purchases.

You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided for your purchase.

Payment processing is carried out through authorised payment providers and may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

NOE offers FREE shipping across India.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days.

Products marked “Ready to Ship” are typically dispatched within 48 hours of placing the order.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the shipping partner.

NOE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, weather conditions, natural events, strikes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For international orders, delivery typically takes a minimum of 8–10 days from the date of dispatch, subject to destination, courier and customs processing.

International shipping is:

FREE on orders above ₹20,000.
₹4,000 flat shipping fee on orders below ₹20,000.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, levies or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 6 — EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

NOE does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, preference or sizing.

We accept eligible exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be unwashed and unaltered.
Be free from stains, marks, perfume, makeup or other signs of use.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Exchanges are available for the same product, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, NOE may provide an alternative solution or store credit at its discretion.

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for exchange or return, except where the product received is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
